DSR New York, LLC

DSR New York was founded in 2009, and is a boutique firm whose focus is to
work with a select group of clients to provide consistently outstanding service.

The firm specializes in representing Sellers in the sale of Investment, Mixed-Use,
Owner-User, and Development properties in New York City. Specifically focusing
on properties under $5 million dollars. The company takes a sophisticated and
targeted marketing approach to ensure we satisfy our clients goals.

complimentary consultant services. For example, we can provide information if
you are curious about the current value of your property, zoning changes, or
interested in learning about some recent sales in your neighborhood.

What we offer Buyers and other Brokers is the confidence that their offers are
always treated fairly, and without bias. We use a transparent bidding process,
and provide all parties with the necessary due diligence materials that we have
obtained from the Seller to make informed bids.

David W. Seid first started his real estate career in property management in
downtown Manhattan. In 2004 he became one of the youngest Director of Sales
at Massey Knakal Realty. While there, he was involved with the sale of over
$55,000,000 of commercial real estate.

It was during this time where he built relationships with investors and owners
throughout the city, and learned the comprehensive marketing programs and
strategies that are necessary to achieve maximum sales prices.
