DSR New York was founded in 2009 with a simple mission statement: Quality of service over volume of sales. Our goal is not to be the biggest brokerage firm in New York City, but to provide the most consistently outstanding service to the clients that we have the honor of doing business with.

The firm specializes in representing Sellers in the sale of Investment, Mixed-Use, Owner-User, and Development properties in New York City. Specifically focusing on properties under $25,000,000. We will provide the same superior service that is usually reserved for higher end property owners to the small, and medium sized property owners.

For example, we can provide a detailed property report about the current value of your asset, with an investment analysis, zoning and development calculations, and recent sales information in your neighborhood.

David Wong Seid is a graduate of Stony Brook University, and first started his real estate career doing property management in downtown Manhattan. In 2004 he became one of the youngest Director of Sales at Massey Knakal Realty (Now Cushman Wakefield). While there he was involved with the sale of over $55,000,000 of commercial real estate.

It was during this time where he built relationships with investors throughout the city, and learned the comprehensive marketing programs that are necessary to achieve maximum sales prices.

David is the President of DSR New York, and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
